This class focuses on the fundamental principles of Pilates: alongside the key exercises.
You’ll learn how to navigate the machines with confidence, while building a solid base of strength and flexibility in a supportive environment.

REFORMER

Level: Intermediate | Experience Required
Once you’ve mastered the foundations, and are comfortable with the machines. The next step is our Flow class. Picking up the pace, transitioning through movements with more fluidity and resistance.
Includes Jumpboard and Barre classes

  • Requirement: Participants must be familiar with Reformer & Tower setups and basic exercises.

  • Note: This class is unsuitable for pregnancy.

TOWER

Level: Advanced | Expert Control
Designed for seasoned practitioners looking to fine-tune their practice and test their limits. This class demands a deep understanding of core stabilisation to execute complex movements safely and with precision.

  • Requirement: A strong grasp of core control and Pilates mechanics is essential.

  • Note: This class is unsuitable for pregnancy.

MAT

Level: All Levels
Take your Pilates workout to the next level by adding external resistance.
Strength classes incorporate hand weights and heavier spring loads to build lean muscle and metabolic fire. May feature the jumpboard for extra cardio work.

  • Requirement: Unsuitable for complete beginners. A baseline of experience required.

  • Note: This class is unsuitable for pregnancy.

BARRE

Level: All Levels
This gentle & therapeutic class is a dedicated space to slow down and heal. Restore focuses on mobility, gentle stretching, and tension release.

This class is ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone needing a reset for the body and mind.

RESTORE

NURTURE

Level: Pre/Post Natal
Classes and courses designed specifically for pregnant women 12+ weeks pregnancy and 6+ weeks post-birth

  • Requirement: To have agreement from your GP or medical team to take part in exercise.

  • Note: This class is suitable for pregnancy & new mums.

Classes specifically designed for women in different stages of their lives or who feel more comfortable exercising in a women only environment.

  • Note: This class is suitable for women only, all other genders are welcome to all of our other classes.

Specifically designed for our elder and wiser community.

These classes focus on mobility, strength and also supportive to those with limited range of movement or age-related movement issues caused by illness.
