CLASS LEVELS

Level: Beginner | All Levels
Perfect for those new to our studio or looking to refresh their technique.
This class focuses on the fundamental principles of Pilates: alongside the key exercises.
You’ll learn how to navigate the machines with confidence, while building a solid base of strength and flexibility in a supportive environment.

FOUNDATIONS

Level: Intermediate | Experience Required
This is the next step once you’ve mastered the foundations, and are comfortable with the machines. Flow picks up the pace, transitioning through movements with more fluidity and resistance.

Expect more challenging sequences with less assistance from the springs. Teachers will guide you through progressions building on exercises you have already learnt as well as new ones to enjoy.

  • Essential Requirement: Participants must be familiar with Reformer & Tower setups and basic exercises.

  • This class is unsuitable for pregnancy.

FLOW

Level: Advanced | Expert Control
Designed for seasoned practitioners looking to fine-tune their practice and test their limits. This class demands a deep understanding of core stabilisation to execute complex movements safely and with precision.

  • Essential Requirement: A strong understanding of core control and body mechanics is essential.

  • This class is unsuitable for pregnancy.

ADVANCED FLOW

Level: All Levels
Take your Pilates workout to the next level by adding external resistance.
Strength classes incorporate hand weights and heavier spring loads to build lean muscle and metabolic fire. May feature the jump board for extra cardio work.

  • Essential Requirement: Unsuitable for complete beginners. A baseline of experience required.

  • This class is unsuitable for pregnancy.

STRENGTH

Level: All Levels
This gentle & therapeutic class is a dedicated space to slow down and heal. Restore focuses on mobility, gentle stretching, and tension release.

This class is ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone needing a reset for the body and mind.

NURTURE

Level: Pre/Post Natal
We are serious about our pre/post natal care.
Nurture classes and courses designed specifically for pregnant women 12+ weeks pregnancy and 6+ weeks post-birth to support you at every stage of your new life cycle.

WOMEN’S ONLY

Level: All Levels
Classes specifically designed for women in different stages of their lives or who feel more comfortable exercising in a women only environment.

  • This class is suitable for women only. Other genders are welcome to all of our other classes.

  • This class is unsuitable for pregnancy.

Elders 60 plus

Level: All Levels
Specifically designed for our elder and wiser community.

These classes focus on mobility, strength and also supportive to those with limited range of movement or age-related movement issues caused by illness.

  • Specific 60+ passes are available for our 60+ mat, reformer and tower classes.

OVER 60’s

We love supporting our pregnant clients and new mums, however, not all classes are suitable during pregnancy or post birth.
